Task
Promote Her began with a realization -- women’s professional achievements aren’t celebrated at the same rate as men’s. This problem has many causes, but the answer could be a simple change in behavior.
Approach
So here’s the deal: when one of us raises the bar, we all raise a toast.
We’re building a platform and community to amplify good news. New jobs, award wins, returns from maternity leave, upcoming panel appearances – if you’re proud of it, we want to hear about it.

Research
Based on our MVP goals, we mapped our user flow and started to build a brand that would excite and call our users to action.
User Flow
We created a simple user flow for the MVP.
Visual Moodboard
The design approach was to be Bold, yet friendly. We wanted to embody the shout of praise. Something loud but also inviting.
Site Architecture
We decided to set up a very simple MVP in order to test and integrate instead of spending time in the front end of this project finessing without input from our users.

Prototyping
Using our research we proceeded through each fidelity level, finally landing on a very loud and in-your-face UI design.
MVP
The brand launched in January of 2022. We spent a very short window from research to build, approx. 3 months and our next steps will be to test and iterate based on Google Analytics, Hot Jar, and user surveying.
